3After section 27(1) of that Act, there is inserted—
“(1A)In its application in relation to granting entry clearance (within the meaning of the [1971 c. 77.] Immigration Act 1971) section 19B applies in relation to acts done outside the United Kingdom, as well as those done within Great Britain.”
