Children, Schools and Families Act 2010

Commencement

91.Commencement of the provisions in this Act will be by order of the Secretary of State, with the following exceptions.

92.Section 23 (fees for pre-registration inspections of independent educational institutions) will commence two months after Royal Assent.

93.Section 9 (supply of information requested by LSCBs in Wales) will come into force on a date appointed by the Welsh Ministers by order.

94.Commencement of Part 2 of the Act and Part 2 of Schedules 3 and 4 will be by order of the Lord Chancellor.

95.Sections 24 and 26 to 30 come into force on the day on which the Act receives Royal Assent.
