33.—(1) The following Regulations are revoked—
(a)the Local Authority (Overview and Scrutiny Committees Health Scrutiny Functions) Regulations 2002(1);
(b)the Local Authority (Overview and Scrutiny Committees Health Scrutiny Functions) Amendment Regulations 2004(2).
(2) After regulation 9(7) of the Local Authorities (Committee System) (England) Regulations 2012(3), there is inserted—
“(7A) In paragraph (7) the reference to “information” does not include information in respect of which provision may be made in exercise of the power conferred by section 244(2)(d) or (e) of the National Health Service Act 2006.”
