This Order brings into force various provisions of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
Article 2 brings into force a provision relating to the recovery of possession of dwelling houses on anti-social behaviour grounds, for the purpose of making regulations under section 85ZA(7) of the Housing Act 1985. Section 85ZA(7) makes provision for the Secretary of State to make regulations concerning the procedure to be followed in connection with the review of a decision of a landlord to seek an order for possession of a dwelling house under section 84A of the Housing Act 1985.
Article 3 brings into force provisions relating to the Independent Police Complaints Commission.
Article 4 brings into force a provision relating to Criminal Procedure Rules applying to extradition proceedings.
