Public Records Act 1958

38.  In Schedule 1 to the Public Records Act 1958(1) (definition of public records), in Part 2 of the Table at the end of paragraph 3, at the appropriate place insert—

• “The Regulator of Social Housing”.

Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967

39.  In Schedule 2 to the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967(2) (departments etc subject to investigation) at the appropriate place insert—

• “The Regulator of Social Housing”.

House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975

40.  In Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975(3) (bodies of which all members are disqualified) at the appropriate place insert—

• “The Regulator of Social Housing”.

Freedom of Information Act 2000

41.  In Part 6 of Schedule 1 to the Freedom of Information Act 2000(4) (public authorities) at the appropriate place insert—

Equality Act 2010

42.  In Part 1 of Schedule 19 to the Equality Act 2010(5) (public authorities) under “Regulators”, after “The Pensions Regulator” insert—

• “The Regulator of Social Housing.”.

Official Statistics Order 2013

43.  In the Schedule to the Official Statistics Order 2013(6) at the appropriate place insert—

• “Regulator of Social Housing”.

Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties and Public Authorities) Regulations 2017

44.  In Schedule 2 to the Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties and Public Authorities) Regulations 2017(7) under “Regulators”, after “The Pensions Regulator” insert—

• “The Regulator of Social Housing.”.
