26.—(1) Paragraph 1(2) of Schedule 11 to the London Underground (East London Line Extension) (No. 2) Order 2001(1) (protection for Railtrack) is amended as follows.
(2) Omit the definition of “EEA State”.
(3) In the definition of “train operator”–
(a)for “European licence” substitute “railway undertaking licence”;
(b)omit from “or pursuant” to “a single European railway area (recast)”.
