Gweithdrefnau gwerthuso
9.—(1) Ar ddechrau neu tua dechrau'r cylch gwerthuso ar gyfer pennaeth, bydd y gwerthuswyr a'r pennaeth yn cyfarfod i gynllunio'r gwerthusiad a pharatoi ato.
(2) Wrth werthuso athro ysgol nad yw'n bennaeth, yn ystod blwyddyn gyntaf y cylch gwerthuso, bydd y gwerthuswr yn arsylwi ar yr athro ysgol wrth iddo addysgu o leiaf ddwywaith.
(3) Bydd o leiaf un o werthuswyr y pennaeth, yn ystod blwyddyn gyntaf y cylch gwerthuso yn arsylwi ar y pennaeth naill ai wrthi'n addysgu neu'n perfformio dyletswyddau eraill; bydd yr arsylwi hwn yn cynnwys arsylwi o leiaf ddwywaith gan yr un gwerthuswr.
(4) Heb ymgynghori'n gyntaf â'r athro ysgol, ni chaiff y gwerthuswr sicrhau gwybodaeth, ysgrifenedig neu lafar, sy'n berthnasol i berfformiad yr athro ysgol, oddi wrth unrhyw bersonau eraill.
