Camau i'w cymryd os cadarnheir bod y clefyd yn bresennol mewn lladd-dy, abwyfa neu ar gyfrwng cludo

8.  Os yw'r Prif Swyddog Milfeddygol wedi cadarnhau bod y clefyd yn bresennol mewn lladd-dy, mewn abwyfa neu ar gyfrwng cludo, caiff arolygydd gyflwyno hysbysiad i feddiannydd y lladd-dy, yr abwyfa neu i'r person y mae'r cyfrwng cludo yn ei ofal, yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol iddo sicrhau—

(a)yn achos lladd-dy neu abwyfa, bod pob adeilad, cyfarpar a cherbyd a bennir yn yr hysbysiad yn cael ei lanhau a'i ddiheintio ac, os oes angen, defnyddio gwiddonladdwr arno, yn unol â chyfarwyddiadau, ac o dan oruchwyliaeth arolygydd milfeddygol;

(b)yn achos cyfrwng cludo, ei fod yn cael ei gymryd i gyrchfan, ei ddadlwytho, ei lanhau a'i ddiheintio ac, os oes angen, defnyddio gwiddonladdwr arno, yn unol â chyfarwyddiadau, ac o dan oruchwyliaeth arolygydd milfeddygol;

(c)na ddeuir â'r un mochyn i mewn i'r lladd-dy, yr abwyfa na'r cyfrwng cludo nes bydd o leiaf 24 awr wedi mynd heibio ers cwblhau'r gwaith glanhau a diheintio ac, os gwnaed hynny, defnyddio gwiddonladdwr arno, yn unol ag is-baragraffau (a) a (b) uchod.
