5. Ar ôl rheoliad 12, mewnosoder—
“Tynnu'n ôl gydsyniad i ddefnyddio cyfrwng cyfathrebu electronig
12A. Os na fydd person yn fodlon defnyddio cyfathrebu electronig mwyach at unrhyw ddiben o dan y Rheoliadau hyn y mae modd ei gyflawni'n electronig, rhaid i'r person hwnnw roi hysbysiad ysgrifenedig ei fod—
(a)yn tynnu yn ôl unrhyw gyfeiriad a hysbyswyd i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol neu i awdurdod cynllunio lleol at y diben hwnnw; neu
(b)yn dirymu unrhyw gytundeb a wnaed gyda'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol neu gydag awdurdod cynllunio lleol at y diben hwnnw,
a bydd y tynnu yn ôl neu'r dirymu hwnnw yn derfynol, gan ddod yn effeithiol ar ddyddiad a bennir yn yr hysbysiad gan y person ond heb fod yn llai na saith niwrnod ar ôl y dyddiad y rhoddwyd yr hysbysiad.”.
