Darpariaethau Trosiannol
7.—(1) Nid oes dim yn y Gorchymyn hwn yn effeithio ar ddilysrwydd unrhyw beth a wneir gan y Cyngor neu mewn perthynas ag ef cyn y dyddiad trosglwyddo.
(2) Caniateir i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol barhau, neu caniateir parhau, mewn perthynas â'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol, ag unrhyw beth (gan gynnwys achosion cyfreithiol) sydd yn y broses o gael ei wneud gan y Cyngor neu mewn perthynas ag ef cyn y dyddiad trosglwyddo.
(3) Ar neu ar ôl y dyddiad trosglwyddo, i'r graddau y bo'n angenrheidiol neu'n briodol, mae cyfeiriadau at y Cyngor, mewn unrhyw offerynnau, contractau, neu achosion cyfreithiol, i'w trin fel pe baent yn gyfeiriadau at y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol.
