Darpariaethau trosiannol etc
7.—(1) Nid oes dim yn y Gorchymyn hwn yn effeithio ar ddilysrwydd unrhyw beth a wneir gan ACCAC neu mewn perthynas ag ef cyn y dyddiad trosglwyddo.
(2) Caniateir i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol barhau, neu caniateir parhau, mewn perthynas â'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol, ag unrhyw beth (gan gynnwys achosion cyfreithiol) sydd yn y broses o gael ei wneud gan ACCAC neu mewn perthynas ag ACCAC cyn y dyddiad trosglwyddo.
(3) Ar neu ar ôl y dyddiad trosglwyddo, i'r graddau y bo hynny'n angenrheidiol neu'n briodol, rhaid trin cyfeiriadau at ACCAC, mewn unrhyw offerynnau, contractau, neu achosion cyfreithiol, fel pe baent yn gyfeiriadau at y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol.
(4) Hyd oni ddaw adran 189 o Ddeddf Addysg 2002 i rym, i'r graddau y bo'n ymwneud â pharagraff 5(5) o Atodlen 17 i'r Ddeddf honno, bydd adran 29 o Ddeddf Addysg 1997 (swyddogaethau ACCAC mewn perthynas â'r cwricwlwm ac asesu) yn cael effaith fel pe rhoddid yn lle is-adran (4)—
“(4) The National Assembly for Wales may exercise any function of a designated body within the meaning of Chapter 1 of Part 4”.
