YR ATODLENDARPARIAETHAU TROSIANNOL

1.  Er gwaethaf dyfod i rym adran 10 o'r Ddeddf, bydd strategaeth fysiau a baratowyd gan awdurdod trafnidiaeth lleol yn unol ag adran 110 o Ddeddf 2000 (strategaethau bysiau) yn parhau i gael effaith o ran adran 124(1)(a) o'r Ddeddf honno (cynlluniau contractau o ansawdd).

2.  Er gwaethaf dyfod i rym adran 64 o'r Ddeddf, bydd adran 155 o Ddeddf 2000 (cosbau) yn parhau i fod yn gymwys yng Nghymru heb y diwygiadau a wnaed gan adran 64 o'r Ddeddf o ran cosbau a osodir gan gomisiynydd traffig yn erbyn gweithredydd gwasanaeth lleol os yw'r comisiynydd traffig hwnnw wedi'i fodloni fod y gweithredydd, cyn 1 Ebrill 2009—

(a)wedi methu â gweithredu gwasanaeth lleol a gofrestrwyd o dan adran 6 o Ddeddf 1985,

(b)wedi gweithredu gwasanaeth lleol yn groes i'r adran honno neu i adran 118(4) neu 129(1)(b) o Ddeddf 2000, neu

(c)wedi methu â chydymffurfio ag adran 138 neu 140(3) o Ddeddf 2000.

3.—(1) Er gwaethaf dyfod i rym adran 71 o'r Ddeddf, rhaid ymdrin ag unrhyw gais a wneir cyn 1 Ebrill 2009 ac sy'n ceisio cydsyniad Gweinidogion Cymru o dan unrhyw ddarpariaeth yn Neddf 1985 a restrir yn is-baragraff (2), ond na chafwyd penderfyniad arno erbyn y dyddiad hwnnw, megis petai'r cais hwnnw wedi cael ei wneud ar 1 Ebrill 2009 neu ar ôl hynny.

(2) Dyma'r darpariaethau—

(a)adran 75(3) (tanysgrifio am gyfrannau, sicrydau neu eiddo neu asedau eraill penodol, neu eu caffael, eu gwaredu etc);

(b)adran 79(3) (gwneud neu warantu benthyciadau penodol);

(c)adran 79(7) (gwarannau etc mewn cysylltiad â gwaredu cyfrannau, sicrydau neu eiddo neu asedau eraill penodol etc); ac

(ch)adran 79(8) (darparu cymorth ariannol ar ffurf grantiau, benthyciadau, etc).
