11.—(1) Mae adran 47(c) wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn is-baragraffau (i) a (ii), yn lle'r geiriau o “by the” hyd at “or an” rhodder “by the Environment Agency, the Natural Resources Body for Wales or an”.
(3) Yn y geiriau cau—
(a)yn lle'r geiriau cyn “or the internal drainage board consents” rhodder “unless the Environment Agency, the Natural Resources Body for Wales”;
(b)yn lle'r geiriau o “on which” hyd at “represented” rhodder “on which the Environment Agency, the Natural Resources Body for Wales or the internal drainage board is represented”.
