12.—(1) Mae adran 49(1) wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn y mannau priodol mewnosoder y diffiniadau a ganlyn—
““appropriate agency” means—
(a)
the Environment Agency in relation to work in England;
(b)
the Natural Resources Body for Wales in relation to work in Wales;”;
““England” includes the territorial sea adjacent to England not forming any part of Wales;”;
““Wales” has the meaning given by section 158 of the Government of Wales Act 2006;”.
(3) Yn y diffiniad o “drainage authority”, yn lle'r geiriau o “means” hyd at “or” rhodder “means the Environment Agency, the Natural Resources Body for Wales or”.
