Darpariaethau trosiannol ac arbed
12.—(1) Mae Rheoliadau 2011 yn parhau i gael effaith mewn cysylltiad ag unrhyw gais am drwydded forol, a chais i amrywio neu drosglwyddo trwydded forol sy’n dod i law Gweinidogion Cymru cyn 1 Ebrill 2017 nad oedd Gweinidogion Cymru wedi penderfynu arno cyn y dyddiad hwnnw.
(2) Mae’r Rheoliadau hyn yn cael effaith mewn perthynas â phob cais am drwydded forol, a chais i amrywio neu drosglwyddo trwydded forol sy’n dod i law ar neu ar ôl 1 Ebrill 2017.
(3) Mae’r Rheoliadau hyn yn cael effaith mewn perthynas â’r gwaith monitro a ddisgrifir yn Atodlen 2 a gyflawnir ar neu ar ôl 1 Ebrill 2017 ni waeth pa un a yw’r gwaith monitro hwnnw yn ymwneud â thrwydded forol a roddwyd cyn, ar neu ar ôl 1 Ebrill 2017.
(4) At ddibenion y rheoliad hwn, nid yw cais wedi dod i law hyd nes bod ceisydd wedi darparu pa bynnag wybodaeth neu wedi dangos pa bynnag eitemau sy’n angenrheidiol neu’n hwylus ym marn yr awdurdod trwyddedu i alluogi’r awdurdod trwyddedu i benderfynu ar y cais.
