Enwi a chychwyn
1.—(1) Enw’r Rheoliadau hyn yw Rheoliadau Deddf Cwricwlwm ac Asesu (Cymru) 2021 (Diwygiadau Canlyniadol) (Deddfwriaeth Sylfaenol) 2022.
(2) Daw rheoliadau 1 i 4 ac Atodlen 1 i rym ar 1 Medi 2022.
(3) Daw Atodlen 2 i rym fel a ganlyn—
(a)ar 1 Medi 2022—
(i)ar gyfer plentyn neu ddisgybl sy’n cael addysg feithrin,
(ii)ar gyfer disgyblion mewn blwyddyn derbyn,
(iii)ar gyfer plentyn neu ddisgybl ym mlynyddoedd 1 i 6, a
(iv)ar gyfer plentyn neu ddisgybl ym mlwyddyn 7 y darperir cwricwlwm perthnasol iddo o dan Ddeddf 2021,
(b)ar 1 Medi 2023 ar gyfer plentyn neu ddisgybl ym mlynyddoedd 7 ac 8,
(c)ar 1 Medi 2024 ar gyfer plentyn neu ddisgybl ym mlwyddyn 9,
(d)ar 1 Medi 2025 ar gyfer plentyn neu ddisgybl ym mlwyddyn 10, ac
(e)ar 1 Medi 2026 ar gyfer plentyn neu ddisgybl ym mlynyddoedd 11 i 13.
