Darpariaeth rhag perygl i fordwyaeth
9.—(1) Os caiff gwaith llanwol neu unrhyw ran ohono ei ddifrodi neu ei ddinistrio, neu os bydd yn dirywio, rhaid i’r Cwmni hysbysu Trinity House cyn gynted ag y bo’n ymarferol a rhaid iddo osod unrhyw fwiau, dangos unrhyw oleuadau a chymryd unrhyw gamau eraill i atal perygl i fordwyaeth ag y bydd Trinity House yn eu cyfarwyddo o bryd i’w gilydd.
(2) Os bydd y Cwmni yn methu â chydymffurfio mewn unrhyw fodd â darpariaethau’r erthygl hon, bydd y Cwmni yn cyflawni trosedd ac yn agored, ar euogfarn ddiannod, i ddirwy nad yw’n uwch na’r uchafswm statudol ac ar euogfarn ar dditiad i ddirwy.
