Mae’r Gorchymyn hwn yn pennu 1 Ebrill 2024 fel y diwrnod y daw’r Cod Ymarfer diwygiedig ar Rôl y Cyfarwyddwr Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol (Swyddogaethau Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol) i rym.
Dyroddwyd y Cod diwygiedig gan Weinidogion Cymru o dan adran 145(1) o Ddeddf Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol a Llesiant (Cymru) 2014 (“Deddf 2014”) ar 7 Mawrth 2024.
Mae adran 145(3) o Ddeddf 2014 yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol i awdurdodau lleol, wrth arfer swyddogaethau gwasanaethau cymdeithasol, weithredu yn unol ag unrhyw ofynion perthnasol sydd wedi eu cynnwys mewn cod a rhoi sylw i unrhyw ganllawiau perthnasol sydd wedi eu cynnwys ynddo.
Mae’r Cod diwygiedig yn disodli’r Cod Ymarfer ar Swyddogaeth y Cyfarwyddwr Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol a ddyroddwyd ar 16 Mawrth 2016.
Gellir gweld y Cod diwygiedig ar y rhyngrwyd ar www.llyw.cymru neu gellir cael copi printiedig wedi ei argraffu oddi wrth: Llywodraeth Cymru, Parc Cathays, Caerdydd, CF10 3NQ.
