Adrannau 38 a 39 - Y Cod Trefniadaeth Ysgolion etc.

53.Mae adran 38 yn creu gofyniad i Weinidogion Cymru ddyroddi a chyhoeddi cod (neu godau) am drefniadaeth ysgolion (“y Cod”) y mae'n rhaid i’r personau a restrir yn is-adran (2) weithredu yn unol ag ef os yw'r Cod yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol iddynt wneud hynny. Caiff y Cod hefyd gynnwys canllawiau sy'n nodi nodau, amcanion a materion eraill y mae'n rhaid i'r personau a enwir roi sylw iddynt.

54.Mae adran 39 yn nodi'r weithdrefn y mae'n rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru ei dilyn cyn dyroddi'r Cod. Ymhlith pethau eraill mae'n ei gwneud yn ofynnol i Weinidogion Cymru ymgynghori ynghylch y Cod a gosod copi ohono gerbron Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru.
