73.Pan fo awdurdod lleol wedi penderfynu cymeradwyo neu wrthod cynigion, neu wedi penderfynu gweithredu cynigion yr oedd gwrthwynebiad iddynt, caiff y cyrff a nodir yn is-adran (2) atgyfeirio’r cynigion at Weinidogion Cymru am eu cymeradwyaeth hwythau.
