Adran 85 - Cymeradwyo, cyhoeddi a gweithredu cynlluniau strategol Cymraeg mewn addysg

93.Bydd yn ofynnol i bob awdurdod lleol gyflwyno ei CSCA i Weinidogion Cymru ei gymeradwyo. Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru gymeradwyo, addasu neu wrthod CSCA (a gosod eu cynllun hwy yn ei le). Mae is-adran (7) yn gosod dyletswydd ar awdurdod lleol i gymryd pob cam rhesymol i weithredu ei CSCA a gymeradwywyd.  Rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru ymgynghori ag awdurdod lleol cyn iddynt addasu cynllun yr awdurdod lleol neu roi cynllun arall yn ei le.
