Adran 100 – Cychwyn

118.Mae'r adran hon yn darparu bod adrannau 1 (trosolwg ar y Ddeddf hon), 100 (cychwyn) a 101 (enw byr y Ddeddf hon a'i chynnwys yn un o'r Deddfau Addysg) yn dod i rym drannoeth y diwrnod y ceir y Cydsyniad Brenhinol.

119.Mae adrannau 88 i 90 (brecwast am ddim) ac adrannau 92 a 93 (cwnsela mewn ysgolion) yn dod i rym ar 1 Ebrill 2013.

120.Mae Pennod 3 (canllawiau gwella ysgolion) o Ran 2, adran 91 (diwygio'r pŵer i godi tâl am brydau bwyd ysgol etc) a pharagraffau 31, 34(1) a (3), 35 a 36 o Ran 3 o Atodlen 5 (diwygiadau o ganlyniad i adran 91) (ac adran 99 mewn perthynas â'r paragraffau hynny), ac adrannau 94 a 95 (cyfarfodydd rhieni) a pharagraff 33 o Ran 3 o Atodlen 5 (diwygiadau o ganlyniad i adrannau 94 a 95) yn dod i rym ddau fis ar ôl cael y Cydsyniad Brenhinol.

121.Daw gweddill y Ddeddf i rym yn unol ag un neu ragor o orchmynion cychwyn a wneir gan Weinidogion Cymru.
