174.Mae adrannau 94 a 95 yn nodi’r gweithdrefnau sy’n gymwys i arfer yr amrywiol bwerau i wneud is-ddeddfwriaeth a roddir gan y Ddeddf. Mae adran 96 yn rhoi ystyr amrywiol dermau a ddefnyddir yn y Ddeddf. Nodir y sefyllfa mewn perthynas â chychwyn darpariaethau’r Ddeddf yn adran 97 ac mae adran 98 yn nodi mai enw byr y Ddeddf yw Deddf Treth Gwarediadau Tirlenwi (Cymru) 2017.
