Adran 3 – Ailenwi Deddfau Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru yn Ddeddfau Senedd Cymru

6.Mae adran 107 o Ddeddf 2006 yn rhoi pŵer i’r Cynulliad basio deddfwriaeth mewn perthynas â Chymru o’r enw “Deddfau Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru” neu “Acts of the National Assembly for Wales” y cyfeirir atynt yn Neddf 2006 fel “Acts of the Assembly”. Mae adran 3 yn diwygio adran 107(1) o Ddeddf 2006 fel bod deddfwriaeth sylfaenol a gaiff ei phasio gan y Cynulliad yn dilyn yr adran hon yn dod i rym i'w galw'n “Acts of Senedd Cymru or Deddfau Senedd Cymru” y cyfeirir ati yn Neddf 2006 fel “Acts of the Senedd”).
