56.Mae adran 25 yn datgan y caiff Gweinidogion Cymru wrthod cais i ddirymu pan fo'r awdurdod wedi methu â rhoi gwybodaeth o dan adran 27. Mae'n rhaid iddynt ganiatáu'r cais os ydynt yn cytuno â rhesymau'r awdurdod dros gasglu bod yr amod yn adran 23(2) yn bodoli. Os caniateir y cais, mae'n rhaid iddynt hysbysu'r awdurdod yn ysgrifenedig o'r ffaith honno a bydd y cyfarwyddyd yn peidio â chael effaith ar y dyddiad y rhoddir yr hysbysiad.
