The Lord Chancellor makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred on him under section 85(3) of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005(1)—
1. This Order may be cited as the Judicial Appointments and Discipline (Modification of Offices) (No.2) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 10th July 2006.
2.—(1) Part 3 of Schedule 14 to the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 is amended as follows.
(2) At the end insert—
President of the Gambling Appeals Tribunal | Paragraph 1(1)(a) of Schedule 8 to the Gambling Act 2005(2) |
Member of the Gambling Appeals Tribunal | Paragraph 1(1)(b) of Schedule 8 to the Gambling Act 2005 |

This Order adds offices to which appointments are made by the Lord Chancellor to those listed in Schedule 14 to the Constitutional Reform Act 2005.
