Coming into force in accordance with article 1
The Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families makes this order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 162 and 181(2) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006(1).
In accordance with 162(4) of that Act(2) this Order is made with the consent of the Welsh Ministers.
A draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament in accordance with section 182(3)(b) of that Act and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
As read with paragraphs 30 and 32 of Schedule 11 to the Government of Wales Act 2006 (c.32).
