The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(2) of the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims (Amendment) Act 2012(1):
1. This Order may be cited as the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims (Amendment) Act 2012 (Commencement) Order 2012.
2. The Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims (Amendment) Act 2012 comes into force on 2nd July 2012.
