The Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 95, 96 and 123 of the Local Government Act 2003(1), sections 4M(2), 28(A7)(e) of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004(2) and section 180(1) and (3) of the Policing and Crime Act 2017(3) makes the following Order.

2003 c. 26. Relevant amendments to section 95 were made by section 136(3) of, and paragraphs 3(1), 6(a) to (c) of Schedule 7 to, the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007 (c. 28) and section 6 of, and paragraphs 83(1) and (4) of Schedule 1 to, the Policing and Crime Act 2017 (c. 3); relevant amendments to section 96 were made by section 136(3) of, and paragraphs 3(1) and 6(a) to (c) of Schedule 7 to, the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007.

2004 c. 21. Section 4M was inserted by section 6 of, and paragraphs (1) and (5) of Schedule 1 to, the Policing and Crime Act 2017; section 28(A7) was inserted by section 11(1) and (2) of the Policing and Crime Act 2017.
