RHAN 1CYFLWYNIAD

1.  Yn yr Atodlen hon —

mae i “elusen” yr ystyr a roddir i “charity” yn adran 96(1) o Ddeddf Elusennau 1993(1);

ystyr “grwp blwyddyn” (“year group”) yw grwp o ddisgyblion sy'n mynychu'r ysgol ac sy'n cyrraedd yr un oedran yn ystod y cyfnod o ddeuddeng mis sy'n dechrau ar 1 Medi yn y flwyddyn ysgol pan wneir y cais (neu, yn ôl y digwydd, yn ystod y cyfnod o ddeuddeng mis sy'n dechrau ar 1 Medi yn union o flaen y dyddiad hyd ato y llenwir y ffurflen flynyddol); ac

ystyr “llety byrddio” (“boarding accommodation”) yw llety dros nos y mae'r ysgol yn ei drefnu neu ei ddarparu yn yr ysgol neu yn rhywle arall, ac eithrio llety i ddisgyblion i ffwrdd o dir ac adeiladau'r ysgol ar drip am gyfnod byr.
