Parthau diogelu a goruchwylio

11.—(1) Pan gadarnheir gan y Prif Swyddog Milfeddygol fod y clefyd yn bresennol, rhaid i Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru, drwy orchymyn datganiadol, sefydlu ardal heintiedig ag iddi barth a elwir yn “barth diogelu” a pharth a elwir yn “barth goruchwylio”.

(2) Mae'r parth diogelu i gwmpasu ardal sydd o leiaf tri chilometr ei radiws mewn parth goruchwylio sy'n cwmpasu ardal sydd o leiaf deg cilometr ei radiws, a'r daliad, y lladd-dy neu'r abwyfa y cadarnhawyd bod y clefyd yn bresennol yno fydd canolbwynt y ddau barth.

(3) Mae Rhan I o Atodlen 1 yn gymwys i barth diogelu a Rhan II o Atodlen 1 yn gymwys i barth goruchwylio.

(4) Os cadarnheir bod y clefyd yn bresennol ar ddaliad, lladd-dy neu abwyfa yn Lloegr sydd o fewn 10 cilometr i'r ffin â Chymru, rhaid i Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru, drwy Orchymyn datganiadol, sefydlu ardal heintiedig yng Nghymru fel y bydd parth diogelu sydd o leiaf tri chilometr ei radiws wedi ei gynnwys mewn parth goruchwylio sydd o leiaf 10 cilometr ei radiws, a'r daliad yn Lloegr y cadarnhawyd bod y clefyd yn bresennol ynddo fydd canolbwynt y ddau.

(5) Caiff Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru gymryd unrhyw gamau sydd, yn ei farn, eu hangen i sicrhau bod pob person mewn ardal heintiedig yn llwyr ymwybodol o'r cyfyngiadau sydd mewn grym, gan gynnwys drwy roi hysbysiadau neu arwyddion ar eiddo sydd o fewn yr ardal heintiedig.

(6) Rhaid i unrhyw ddaliad, lladd-dy neu abwyfa sydd yn rhannol y tu mewn i barth goruchwylio neu barth diogelu ac yn rhannol y tu allan gael ei drin fel petai i gyd o fewn y parth hwnnw.
