Ymchwiliadau cyfamserol neu gyfunol
19.—(1) Mae paragraff (2) yn gymwys—
(a)pan fo apêl i'w phenderfynu drwy gyfrwng ymchwiliad, a
(b)yn achos rhyw fater arall y bo'n ofynnol, neu'r awdurdodwyd, ei wneud yn destun ymchwiliad (“yr ymchwiliad arall”), pan yw'n ymddangos i'r awdurdod neu'r awdurdodau perthnasol fod y materion yn gytras i'r fath raddau nes dylid eu hystyried ar y cyd.
(2) Caiff yr awdurdod neu'r awdurdodau perthnasol gyfarwyddo bod y ddau ymchwiliad i'w gael eu cynnal yn gyfamserol neu'u cyfuno fel un ymchwiliad.
(3) Yn y rheoliad hwn, ystyr “yr awdurdod neu'r awdurdodau perthnasol” yw'r person penodedig, neu, os swyddogaeth i ryw berson arall yw achosi cynnal yr ymchwiliad arall, y person penodedig a'r person arall hwnnw yn gweithredu ar y cyd.
