Diwygio Rheoliadau Bwyd Anifeiliaid (Hylendid a Gorfodi) (Cymru) 2005

2.—(1) Mae Rheoliadau Bwyd Anifeiliaid (Hylendid a Gorfodi) (Cymru) 2005(1) wedi eu diwygio yn unol â pharagraffau (2) i (5).

(2) Ym mharagraff (1) o reoliad 2 (dehongli), yn lle’r diffiniad o “Rheoliad 183/2005” rhodder y diffiniad a ganlyn—

“ystyr “Rheoliad 183/2005” (“Regulation 183/2005”) yw Rheoliad (EC) Rhif 183/2005 12 Ionawr 2005 sy’n gosod gofynion o ran hylendid bwyd anifeiliaid(2);”.

(3) Ar ôl paragraff (4) o reoliad 2, ychwaneger y paragraff a ganlyn —

“(5) Mae unrhyw gyfeiriad yn y Rheoliadau hyn at Atodiad i Reoliad 183/2005 yn gyfeiriad at yr Atodiad hwnnw fel y’i diwygir o bryd i’w gilydd.”.

(4) Yn lle rheoliad 4 (awdurdodau cymwys) rhodder y rheoliad a ganlyn —

“4.—(1) Yr awdurdodau cymwys at ddibenion Erthyglau Rheoliad 183/2005 yw —

(a)mewn cysylltiad ag Erthyglau 9(1) a (3), 18(3), 20(2), 21(1) a 22(2)(b), yr Asiantaeth a’r awdurdod gorfodi;

(b)mewn cysylltiad ag Erthyglau 7, 9(2), 10, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18(1), (2) a (4) a 19(2), yr awdurdod gorfodi; ac

(c)mewn cysylltiad ag Erthygl 19(1), yr Asiantaeth.

(2) Yr awdurdodau cymwys at ddibenion yr adran sy’n dwyn y pennawd “Monitro Diocsinau” yn Atodiad II i Reoliad 183/2005 yw —

(a)mewn cysylltiad â pharagraff 2(e), yr awdurdod gorfodi; a

(b)mewn cysylltiad â pharagraff 7, yr awdurdod gorfodi a’r Asiantaeth.”.

(5) Yn lle cynnwys Atodlen 2 (ffioedd sy’n daladwy am gymeradwyaethau) rhodder cynnwys Atodlen 1 i’r Rheoliadau hyn.

Diwygiwyd y Rheoliad hwn ddiwethaf gan Reoliad y Comisiwn (EU) Rhif 225/2012 sy’n diwygio Atodiad II i Reoliad (EC) Rhif 183/2005 Senedd Ewrop a’r Cyngor o ran cymeradwyo sefydliadau sy’n gosod ar y farchnad, at ddefnydd bwyd anifeiliaid, gynnyrch sy’n deillio o olewau llysiau a brasterau cyfunol ac o ran y gofynion penodol ar gyfer cynhyrchu, storio, cludo a phrofi diocsinau olewau, brasterau a chynnyrch sy’n deillio ohonynt (OJ Rhif L77, 16.3.2012, p.1).
