The Welsh Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 216(6)(b) of the Equality Act 2010(1).
Title
1. The title of this Order is the Equality Act 2010 (Commencement No. 14) (Wales) Order 2019.
Provision coming into force
2. Section 2 (power to amend section 1) of the Equality Act 2010, in so far as it confers a power on the Welsh Ministers, comes into force on 22 November 2019.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order commences section 2 (power to amend section 1) of the Equality Act 2010 (“the Act”), in so far as it confers a power on the Welsh Ministers.
