Hysbysiad y bleidlais

27.—(1) Rhaid i’r swyddog canlyniadau gyhoeddi hysbysiad o’r bleidlais yn datgan—

(a)y diwrnod a’r oriau a bennwyd ar gyfer y bleidlais,

(b)nifer y cynghorwyr sydd i’w hethol dros y ward etholiadol, ac

(c)enwau a disgrifiadau (os oes rhai) pob ymgeisydd sy’n dal wedi ei enwebu’n ddilys a’r wybodaeth am eu cyfeiriad cartref.

(2) Rhaid i fanylion yr ymgeiswyr, a threfn enwau’r ymgeiswyr, fod yr un fath ag yn y datganiad o’r personau a enwebwyd.

(3) Rhaid i’r swyddog canlyniadau, cyn cyhoeddi hysbysiad o’r bleidlais, neu yr un pryd, hefyd gyhoeddi hysbysiad—

(a)o safle pob gorsaf bleidleisio, a

(b)o’r disgrifiad o bleidleiswyr sydd â hawl i bleidleisio yno.

(4) Rhaid i’r swyddog canlyniadau, cyn gynted ag y bo’n ymarferol ar ôl cyhoeddi hysbysiad o dan baragraff (3), roi copi ohono i bob un o’r asiantau etholiadol.
