Dinistrio ffurflenni cyfeiriad cartref gan y swyddog canlyniadau

66.—(1) Rhaid i’r swyddog canlyniadau ddinistrio ffurflen cyfeiriad cartref pob ymgeisydd—

(a)drannoeth y 35ain diwrnod ar ôl i’r swyddog canlyniadau ddychwelyd enwau’r cynghorwyr a etholwyd, oni bai bod deiseb etholiad sy’n amau etholiad neu ddychweliad yr ymgeiswyr yn cael ei chyflwyno cyn y diwrnod hwnnw;

(b)os cyflwynir deiseb etholiad sy’n amau etholiad neu ddychweliad cynghorwyr cyn y diwrnod hwnnw, cyn gynted ag y bo’n ymarferol ar ôl i’r achos ynglŷn â’r ddeiseb ddod i ben (gan gynnwys achos yr apêl, pan geir apêl).

(2) Er mwyn penderfynu ar y diwrnod y mae’n rhaid dinistrio ffurflenni cyfeiriad cartref ymgeiswyr, rhaid diystyru unrhyw ddiwrnod sy’n ddiwrnod eithriedig.
