Dyletswydd y swyddog canlyniadau i gyflenwi ffurflenni enwebu etc.
4.—(1) Yn y man ac ar yr amserau ar gyfer cael ffurflenni papurau enwebu a nodir yn hysbysiad yr etholiad, rhaid i’r swyddog canlyniadau—
(a)cyflenwi cynifer o ffurflenni papurau enwebu i unrhyw berson ag y bydd y person yn gofyn amdanynt, a
(b)os gwneir cais, paratoi papur enwebu i’w lofnodi.
(2) Rhaid i’r swyddog canlyniadau wneud trefniadau hefyd i sicrhau bod modd cael ffurflenni papurau enwebu ar-lein yn unol â’r wybodaeth a roddir yn hysbysiad yr etholiad.
(3) Er hynny, nid oes angen i enwebiad gael ei wneud ar ffurflen a gyflenwir gan y swyddog canlyniadau neu a geir ar-lein.
