Adrannau 64 i 70 - Darpariaeth ranbarthol ar gyfer anghenion addysgol arbennig, pwerau a gweithdrefnau

82.Mae'r adrannau hyn yn nodi pwerau Gweinidogion Cymru i gyfarwyddo awdurdodau lleol i ystyried gwneud darpariaeth ranbarthol ar gyfer plant ag anghenion addysgol arbennig, neu i gyfarwyddo awdurdodau lleol a chyrff llywodraethu i wneud trefniadau neu gynigion ar gyfer darpariaeth ranbarthol. Caiff darpariaeth ranbarthol ymwneud â darparu addysg mewn ysgol a gynhelir gan un awdurdod lleol ar gyfer plant o awdurdodau eraill, neu fod un awdurdod lleol yn darparu nwyddau a gwasanaethau i awdurdodau neu ysgolion eraill.

83.Mae adran 68 yn darparu pŵer i Weinidogion Cymru wneud eu cynigion eu hunain mewn cysylltiad â darpariaeth ranbarthol (yn cynnwys y weithdrefn sydd i'w dilyn petai'r cynigion hyn yn cael eu cyhoeddi).

84.Mae'r adrannau hyn yn seiliedig ar y darpariaethau a geir yn adrannau 191 i 193 o Ddeddf Addysg 2002.
