Gohirio’r bleidlais os ceir terfysg
50.—(1) Mae’r rheol hon yn gymwys pan dorrir ar draws y trafodion mewn unrhyw orsaf bleidleisio neu pan gânt eu rhwystro gan derfysg neu drais agored.
(2) Rhaid i’r swyddog llywyddu—
(a)gohirio’r trafodion tan drannoeth, a
(b)hysbysu’r swyddog canlyniadau cydlynol ar unwaith.
(3) Pan gaiff y bleidlais ei gohirio mewn gorsaf bleidleisio—
(a)rhaid i’r oriau pleidleisio ar y diwrnod y caiff ei gohirio iddo fod yr un fath ag ar gyfer y diwrnod gwreiddiol, a
(b)mae cyfeiriadau yn y rheolau hyn at ddiwedd y bleidlais i’w darllen fel cyfeiriadau at ddiwedd yr oriau pleidleisio ar y diwrnod y caiff ei gohirio iddo.
